Hope Villas is a 40-unit apartment complex with two huge old oaks as part of its landscape. Conveniently located within the city limits of Ocala, Hope Villas is owned by Project Hope of Marion County, Inc., a board operated 501c3 organization. Hope Villas and Project Hope are managed by our executive director and maintained by our on-site maintenance department. The Hope Villas community includes a children's playground, a fully-stocked food pantry, and the community and resource center, which is used for participant classes and other activities. Hope Villas is located on the public transportation bus route, and is within walking distance to both elementary and high schools.
Project Hope currently dedicates 11 units to the transitional program, with 29 units leased to families as Affordable Housing. Project Hope provides a furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, utilities, and basic supplies to our participants. The participants are required to maintain the outside common areas and keep their apartment clean.
